• All services are subject to availability and may require advance payment or deposits.
• Final files (digital or printed) will only be delivered after full payment is received.
• No refunds will be issued once design work has commenced, except at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property
• All designs created by Cartoon House remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Custom logos or commissioned work may be licensed or transferred to the client upon full payment.

4. User-Submitted Content
• If you submit content (such as reference images or feedback), you affirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it for the purpose of your project.
• We may showcase completed works on our website or social media unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

5. Limitation of Liability
• Cartoon House shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

6. Governing Law
• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
